This is that the fool speak the wise person listen this mean that most people who don't know what there talk about try and act like they know every thing but the wise one can tell that the foolish one don't know what he talk by listening to what he say and can tell that, that makes no sense and this can help with life by remember to listen and don't talk.

This can help you tell a fool from a wise person and this can help you be smart or a wise person and this can help kids
and school like if the teacher is talking you should be listening and they can become diffrent from the fools
